In my opinion the best podcast on fitness and triathlon there is going

Very informative, tonnes of great information on fitness, nutrition, and triathlon. Bevan and Mikki's bantor back and forth makes the show, they always find something to talk about then turn it into something educational. They have terrific guests, never boring. Love this podcast.

Great podcast

I highly recommend this podcast if you are looking for a fun, yet well researched podcast about triathlon training and nutrition. The hosts Bevan and Mikki feel like friends and I often find myself laughing out loud while I am running or on trainer. A great resource!
