The best podcast...Period!

I've been listening to Scott since the beginning and having listened to many other "trainers" spew their nonsense and ridiculous perspectives, I'm convinced Scott is the only podcast you need to listen to. he'll correct many misconceptions and this will be a struggle for some who have held onto deep rooted and misguided opinions about health and fitness. I appreciate his honestly and sharing the things he's learned over his career. His guest speakers are awesome, relevant and evidence based. Please continue the fantastic work Scott. Cheers!

Must Listen Podcast for people that live fitness
