Dr. Rhonda Patrick

I am intensely enjoying Dr. Rhonda’s interviews and the network of knowledge and understanding she weaves into her questions and comments. Her research has narrowed and prioritized an overwhelming amount of information to pieces I can zero in on and use. I’m so excited to listen to her speak and this information is changing my life and definitely many others.

Rhonda, great interview with Dr Walker. Two suggestions: 1) make your questions shorter, much shorter and 2) listen to this last podcast and count the # of times you say "like". Compare your speaking skills with Dr Walker's.

Doesn’t dumb it down

I love that Dr. Rhonda doesn’t dumb any of the Science down. There are enough podcasts that speak to an audience that either isn’t interested or doesn’t understand the science.
