Fear is a very natural, very powerful, primitive human emotional response. Many of us have been predisposed to excessive fearfulness through our genetics, brain chemistry, and conditionings. Other times this biochemical reaction is provoked by external happenings that leave us feeling threatened, unsafe, and afraid. 

Fear stems from basic survival needs and instincts. Understanding our wholeness — both as humans and souls — allows us to elevate beyond primal behaviours. When we deconstruct the elements of fear, we recognize the illusions within. It is when we challenge fear that we can begin to create a foundation for true spiritual awakening. We shift our frequencies to those of universal love.
