This episode is a simple guide to goal setting and getting started so that you can start achieving your goals this very month and finish 2021 with some momentum. 

Goal setting can be overwhelming and that might be why you are hesitant to get started or maybe your goals just need a reboot.  

I give you five categories to focus on and I walk you through some examples. 

I have also created a FREE Goal Setting Worksheet for you to download where you can record your goals and find more explanation on each of the 5 categories.
