This podcast and Conquer and Thrive can change your life

I spent decades stuck in my own head about my tortured relationship with food. Dozens of diets, thousands of dollars - all of which left me feeling defeated and full of shame because none of it worked. I am finding the Conquer and Thrive program hugely helpful. The one on one coaching and support of other women is making all the difference.
