This podcast and Conquer and Thrive can change your life

I spent decades stuck in my own head about my tortured relationship with food. Dozens of diets, thousands of dollars - all of which left me feeling defeated and full of shame because none of it worked. I am finding the Conquer and Thrive program hugely helpful. The one on one coaching and support of other women is making all the difference. It isn’t an overnight miracle but it is a lifeline to the freedom from food and body obsession that I have been seeking for so, so long. Do it for you!
