Yay but also

Great podcast. I do think they Twin Peaksed the show though. I'm entirely uninterested in what happens in the rest of the season after se4ep3 because we'll never get to resolve the fundamental tension of the show. Will the kids win? The acting, writing and cinematography will still be brilliant but it's all narratively irrelevant from here forward. I mean all they needed was one scene where someone won, it kills him, then do the aftermath. I guess that was the "i won" scene in italy but it wasn't played as a turning point. It's currently being floated as great but it'll go down as one of the biggest premature ejacs of TV history. It wasn't the red wedding. It was new aunt vivian.
