absolutely love it!

I’ve listened to every single episode and I absolutely love it. Liz is an amazing host, and she always has such interesting (and diverse) guests on. If you’re looking for a health related podcast that also acknowledges how human we all are (and how difficult “being healthy” can be), this is the podcast for you. There is no ONE definition of health, and Liz fully acknowledges this and it’s amazing. Love it.
