Had to find Rebecca after finishing her amazing book!

I had to find more of Rebecca Ray after finishing her book “Breakthrough” it was the best book I have ever read on defeating Self-Sabotage. I struggle with procrastination/perfectionism and she broke the information down in such a concise clear tangible approach. It’s the first time anyone has ever explained it so clearly. Her teaching/talking style is so soothing. She will make learning about yourself an enjoyable curious experience. Thank you for this podcast!
