Then, he explains what it was like surviving homelessness while also trying to balance the pressures of high school. For the second part of the Mental Health Download, we talk with Beth Svetlic, who oversees Mental Health Association Oklahoma's services for young people who have overcome homelessness. Beth started her social work career working with adolescents because, as she said, "they have a lot of autonomy and hope."
