A health and wellness podcast beyond just listening!

Casey has such a calming voice and was made for this podcast! She provides insightful questions with her guests and hits all the different aspects of health and wellness. She has a way of speaking where you know she is genuine, authentic, and very knowledgeable. There is a lesson learned in each episode and she is open to any conversation that people shy away from. I have never been so excited to listen to an episode every week before bed! Every conversation ties into tuning into your feelings and it really gets you to turn your mind and body on versus just listening. Thank you for creating this podcast! I appreciate you!

Best way to start my week!

Best health and wellness podcast that always starts my week off right. Each episode leaves me with lots of self-reflection and good feels. Ever since I met Casey I have always said she has so much wisdom to share and I could talk to her for hours. I am so proud of this girl for starting her podcast journey. Can’t wait to the growth and impact I know this podcast will have. The guest she has on share so much knowledge that I am constantly learning something new each week. Mondays are my favourite day because of this podcast <3 So proud of you!

Favourite Podcast

This is one of my favourite podcast for health and wellness! Casey always has great topics that I can relate to and gets me wanting to dig deeper into certain topics. I listen to this podcast on my walks, while driving and before I go to bed. Casey’s quest to help others learn about their bodies, nutrition, fitness and more is one of the many reasons why I love this podcast so much! I’ve learned so much by just listening and constantly taking notes!
