Tom is an entrepreneur, author, and Founder of Golf Programs in Schools, (G.P.S) a 501(c)(3). Tom invests his time and energy into growing G.P.S. to a national presence, introducing 19 million, 5-9th graders to golf free each year and monetizing free to be self-sustaining.

He plans to bring this program to 950 golf courses and own or partner with them. In addition, his book "Success or Failure the Choice is Yours" is used to generate funds to support G.P.S. and help victims of domestic violence.
