This episode of Hub Dialogues features Sean Speer in conversation with 2023 Donner Book Prize nominees and executive director and litigation director of the Canadian Constitution Foundation Joanna Baron and Christine Van Geyn about their nominated book, Pandemic Panic: How Canadian Government Responses to Covid-19 Changed Civil Liberties Forever.
