Peter Nygard

What does Peter Nygard and a long dead Inn keeper have in common with Canadian Intelligence member? Is it to do with the dead inn keeper wanting to help his son find closure from an attempted abduction in Toronto in 1977-78?
Was the kid ”Ugly” set up by his dads good friend whom happened to be a child trafficking biker?
Is the dead inn keepers son and two children of 7 and 8 years being used to keep this witness silenced still to this day? And what’s it all got to do with an x Olympic snowboarder and an IT guy? Big crime in a small town
