An honest review..
I just want to say I’m a 2 stripe blue belt, 175 lbs, 6 feet tall, blood type O negative, and have been training for 5 years.
The show is amazing. I don’t understand how the rich Jew can talk by himself for hours, and still be engaging to the listeners.
You can tell Matt is a meathead who would neck crank a 14 year old at a friendly open mat. But he’s a lovable meathead.
The chemistry these two have makes for a very entertaining podcast. The rich Jew is known to break his headphones live on the air whenever the the Stockton PD are criticized (likely has them in his rich, fat, back pockets). Matt is a good guy... But he’s been known to breakdown into a nervous sweat when he runs his “marriage advice” segment. Ironic segment for him to run considering he’s now divorced.
Most of the guests have thick Portuguese accents and sound as if they’re calling from a car phone in a wind storm. Also, the rich Jew’s entire dynamic is thrown off when he has guests on. He’s not his usual honest/savage self when he’s talking to Matt or others in studio. He talks to the guests in a very boring and diplomatic way as if he’s running for office or trying to get something out of them. “Switching gears here.. why don’t you tell all our listeners how you got into BJJ!” ... you can tell Matt is holding back punching him in the face (I know I want to).
All in all it’s a great podcast. Less phone guests would be nice as it throws the rich Jew/show dynamic off.
