- Use positive affirmations to change the narrative of how you think about your skin, do this when you catch yourself experiencing signs of skin anxiety 

- Replace picking habits with skin care practices, when you think you want to pick your skin cover the spot with a pimple patch or make a gentle hydrating skin routine to do instead 

- Understand that picking/popping the skin, negative feelings toward skin condition make for scarring and slower healing this will allow you permission to heal your skin anxiety 

- Instead of focusing on avoiding foods that could possibly worsen the skin, focus on foods known for supporting the skin!
