Covey, author of the 40 million bestseller, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, and has been a featured keynote speaker and panelist at numerous business, government, and education conferences, speaking on leadership and management, business acumen, strategy execution, culture change, employee engagement, career development and women in leadership. She has delivered onsite training and keynotes to more than 50,000 people across 45 states and 12 countries.
Jennifer’s career has included executive team development and coaching, global operations, leading operations, and finance for a Training Top 125 and Chief Learning Officer Learning Elite recognized corporate university, managing the CSR and sustainability function for a 50,000-person Fortune 200 organization, HR and L&D consulting, and career coaching at all levels. Jennifer received her undergraduate degree from the University of Utah and her graduate degree from Purdue University.
