The Industrial Strength Show is Amazing

I’m just a teenager but I regularly listen to the Industrial Strength Show. There are so many lessons that are from training to why putting your shopping cart away is important. His humour is great. He is such a great guy to listen to even if you don’t train. He does giveaways almost every show and that to me just shows how thankful he is for his listeners. He makes great supplements and barely promotes them. I regularly try to get my friends to listen to this podcast. The Industrial Strength Show podcast is amazing and I always will look up to Joe D.

The podcast to listen too for all levels lifters,trainers or athletes

No matter how many years you have been training, you will gain so much knowledge from this podcast. I can honestly say listening to the industrial strength show has changed my life and definitely changed how I approach my training and life in general. The guests that Joe brings on the show are game changers and also at the top of the industry. There’s no excuse not to have time to listen to this show as i actually love to listen to it during training as it fires me up to push further more than anything! Definitely recommend everyone listens to this, even if you don’t train there are tonnes of life lessons and to many other reasons to list that you should be getting your dose of the industrial strength show at least weekly! I can’t thank you enough Joe, keep it up!

Joe dropping bombs every week!

Joe was one of the first coaches I followed back in 2009. I followed his website, the old blogs and bought his DVDs/manuals.

He drops bombs every single week that are easily adaptable into your routine or nutrition. He brings on the best guests in the industry to share their knowledge. Best info on training past old injuries for all of us beat up meat heads.
