Great Listen

A comprehensive examination of an infuriatingly simple yet complex case. Dan did top notch investigatory reporting. What he got people in law enforcement to say on the record was staggering. An incredible display of the cracks in the system. I have no idea if the guy is innocent or simply not guilty. I did get a distinctly prickly feeling that Rosario used Dan to bolster his self advocacy a la Christian Longo. At his second to last hearing, he offered condolences to the family (which Dan had criticized him for not doing with the victims sisters). He wants to sue. He sure is a fast learner…

Well done

Great reporting by Dan. Cases like Mr Rosario’s scare me to death. At any time we could be the next Richard Rosario. We are all potentially guilty but in the eyes of the justice system never truly “ innocent “ The key to finding justice here lies with Michael Sanchez

Tunnel vision

We have here's a flagrant tunnel vion from rhe NY cops eho didn't want to dpend no money or time xlose the caseASAP. It's frustrating to see police who SERVE & PROTECT the sane cops we like and be proudesta to protect us and catch the bad guys WHY this other aide of the story it's look personnal We have here a perfect case of unlawfully imprisonments. He ahoukd be released immediately none of the witnesses arraigned for the court AND WHY is attorney didn't bring them to court.
