Amazing show for womens health!
Absolutely LOVE shawn and this show! I do cyclical ketosis and this has been very helpful to learn more about keto specifically for women and all about womens health/hormones and breaking a diet mindset to finally be healthy and free! Absolutely love her holistic approach all women should listen keto or not! LOVE IT
Not impressed
It took 16:49 seconds for her to stop chatting about nothing episode 3 my first) ( her goals and thoughts about random unhelpful stuff) and actually start the podcast. Then it was immediately followed by a commercial or ad... once it finally started there was good content hidden in lots of chatter. I feel like she really needs to clean up her conversational/ speaking style. Massive wastes of time. And finally I understand this is for women, and I’m a woman but... the constant “ us ladies” and “ right girls” left me feeling like I was somewhere between a college slumber party and a sexist.
I think she has the knowledge and maybe after some practice and constructive criticism it will improve. Best of luck
