I love Keto Jim!

I happened upon this podcast when looking for something to inspire me on my Keto journey after starting and cheating and restarting and cheating. Keto Jim's podcast was exactly what I needed. He's just a real guy with successes and failures. Even his failures are so relateable that they inspire me to go on. He shares enough of his life in his quick podcasts to make him real without droning on and on like so many podcasts about everything they've done in their day. He's inspiring and likeable. Listening to his honest struggle has encouraged me not to give up many times. He doesn't push products at you - he's just a normal person like you and I. Give him a listen - you won't regret it.
