Fantastic! Top notch!

It’s not just 5 stars, it’s 100%! I love food, but having ADHD, it’s a bit of an ordeal getting things done in the kitchen... one of the things that drew me to keto was it’s possible simplicity; thanks for adding salami, Brian, to my repertoire! But, I’ve also eaten more leeks in the last year than I ever thought I would in the rest of my life! I’ve prepared variations of your creamed leeks recipe a few times now for friends, always to good compliments! But, typical ADHD, I didn’t realize that there was supposed to be grated cheese on it and put under the broiler until the most recent get together. All I had was fresh shredded Parmesan and a small roasting pan... but my friends liked it so much they called a called a ‘culinary genius’! One more success story!
I recently passed my 5yr anniversary of hire at my job, and got to choose my gift from a list. I choose the ice cream maker! So I’ll be purchasing the Ice Cream Scope recipe book to tackle next!
And the humour is fantastic, too! The repartee is engaging, and Brian & Cerrie’s enjoyment is contagious; hardly an episode goes by that I’m not laughing along! Good fun, and chalk full of useful keto cooking information. Always breaking things down as simple as possible, but making even complex undertakings to seem eminently doable!

Enough of phoney accent please

I appreciate listening to Carrie. However, Brian’s imitation of Carrie’s accent is very annoying, almost enough to stop me from listening.
