Culture and emotional intelligence
My two favourite subjects that are so intrinsically linked. I'm really enjoying how Connie's podcasts are gently unfolding the links between a leader's behaviour and emotional intelligence, and how they impact the culture of the leader's team and organization. A must listen for any leader who wants to build a positive culture.
