Key concepts for any industry...A must-listen!

What a great podcast! I checked it out after listening to Barry’s interview on the adventure sports podcast, and was immediately hooked to leading steep. The interviews are thoughtful, entertaining and immensely valuable filled with little gems of helpful advice for any industry. Key concepts for effective leader ship and excellent in customer service or points of focus, carried in wonderfully narrated true life tales of outdoor exploration and guiding. Thanks Barry! Keep em coming!

Such a cool concept and connection!

As an long time friend of Barry Kruze... it was amazing to reconnect since our last meeting some 35 years ago as two young guides trying to navigate the international whitewater guiding scene.

Despite taking different paths it is amazing to see the similarities in how we have grown in relation to leadership and people management.

Being interviewed by Barry and Leading Steep made me all that more aware of the benefits of outdoor learning and experiences. They add to our well being, give us perspective and help us in the daily connections we make in business, with family and with all our regular interactions.

Barry asks both poignant, interesting and thoughtful questions. He is a great interviewer and equally good storyteller. It is an honour to be apart of the Leading Steep Series. I wish Barry enormous success melding his passion for outdoor leadership with is expertise in people management in the corporate world.
