Inspiring and informative

Thanks Ted for an amazing podcast. I listen to your show in the car, at work, and pretty much anywhere I have a chance to listen. I appreciate your science based approach instead of some other podcasts that focus on opinion only. My personal health has improved since listening to your podcast. I’ve gained a lot of muscle and on my way to decreasing my bf % <20 for the first time in my adult life. All this thanks to your positivity and attitude. Great stuff.
