Awesome show!
I love Ted’s style of engagement. Super chill but also so informative and easy to listen to. Weight loss is a struggle for me. I don’t have a lot to lose, but after having two children, the struggle is real. What I took away from this awesome episode was the importance that stress plays in our lives and to really pay attention to that - I think I've been minimalizing that. I have started watching my calories (will add Miso soup!!), and I’ve started running just over 1 mile a day. Thank you so much for this episode - it feels very supportive and you've given me a lot to think about!
