use RTM or TF-NLP.
RTM: Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories
TF-NLP: Trauma Focused Neuro-Linguistic Programming

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a pseudoscientific approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandlerand John Grinder in California, United States in the 1970s. NLP's creators claim there is a connection between neurological processes (neuro-), language (linguistic) and behavioral patterns learned through experience (programming), and that these can be changed to achieve specific goals in life.

They are made to earn profit--they market to sell their therapy methods to counsellors. It's not scientifically proven--it has mix results therefore it's not reliable.
Google and you'll see for yourself.

Such a fraud.
