I love this podcast. I find it very inspiring. When I am losing stream with fasting I just listen to a podcast and am back on track and feeling confident and strong ♥️
I’m so glad I found her podcast. The fasting program by Dr. Jason Fung, has changed my life. My husband was pre-diabetic, I was run down on yo-yo dieting. A year in, he is no longer pre-diabetic and I am approaching a sustainable weight. Both of us feel energetic, happy and in control. Eve Mayer and her podcasts have been an added delight. Filled with ideas, and information. Also she is honest about frustrations and her own journey to health. This way of life is not hard. Even the most basic fasting of 16:8 (cut breakfast, lower carbs) is beneficial.
