All around awesome

Nia and guests send such great messages to women in the fitness community. Informative, funny and all around badass. Look forward to listening every week and it's always a great empowering pick-me-up for when I'm beating myself up (as many women do). Can't wait for more!

Where were you all my life?

I can't remember how I found out about Nia's Lift like a Girl, but when I did, I knew I had struck goal. Then, a month or two later, when she launched the podcast, I was very excited. There is no nonsense in this podcast. Nia and her guests talk about health and fitness the way it should always be talked about. The tips and infos are accessible to everyone. For me, Nia's podcast is what keeps me motivated on the bench press, but also in every day life. It's a reminder of my goals; it keeps me focus. But most importantly, it reminds me that every fitness journey is different and that there is more to fitness than weight loss and meal plans.
