I am excited to ease into what we are calling a 30 day journey. It is just that. An easeful approach of living abundant.
Living more moments of your life in awe of the abundance of everything.
And to practice holding even more appreciation of what is already in your life – as it is currently.
 
Living abundant is living life to the fullest. It is about honoring the life you have built and continue to build for yourself. For this is how you reveal all of life’s bounty and goodness that exists in the present and all that is possible for you.

An Affirmation Visualization
Notice which affirmations feel most inspiring and notice in your body what is felt when you repeat these words with me.
 
- I am abundant.
- All of what I desire and manifest lives within me.
- My world is beautiful.
- I live peaceful. My life is peaceful.
- I hold within me infinite desires for living an incredible life now and forever.
- I am capable of feeling more joy every day.
- I am abundantly loved and I love wholeheartedly and without conditions.
- I am grateful for so much I have an incredible potential for healing.
- I am abundantly whole and complete as I am.
- I am the majesty (authority - power) of my life. 
 
Take a few moments in silence – say your own affirmations of abundant living.  You may wish to write these as you say them.
