Mostly Good Advice
I have almost caught up and listened to almost all of this podcast. The host has an easy, likeable personality with a little spice thrown in. The highlight is the bonus podcast where daughter, mother and grandmother give their views from their perspectives. Where the podcast falls short is that sometimes the view of the mature woman is a little depressing and focuses on what aging has done to their body rather than the positives. Some of the podcast is “diety” like the intermittent fasting one which I skipped. While I appreciate the point of view it’s not at all what I hope to be my reality when my 44 year old body is 75
