Brain Based Wellness PART TWO: QNRT's Solution To Stress and Trauma and It's Physical Impacts On The Body | Episode 70

In this episode Jenn and Paula take a 5 day vacation to relieve pain and regain health freedom through the QNRT method. They discuss what lead to finding QNRT, how it compliments the AMIT work that addressed their physical pain, and how it has improved their health long after their sessions.

Quantum Neuro Reset Therapy (QNRT™) is a proprietary protocol designed to initiate a quantum shift in the nervous system by resetting the brain's response to emotional triggers for both past and present emotional trauma and stress.

"Doctors often tell me the emotional element to illness is an area where they can not seem to break through and help their clients. This is where QNRT has helped when all other techniques and therapies fail. "

    Testimonial from Jenn:
What results did you have from treatment at CENTERED?
    * Initially after leaving Centered, I did not notice much improvement in my knee, which is where I believed the problem to reside.  Dr. Molly reset all the muscles in my feet and some large ones in my hip.  While I honestly didn't anticipate much change, I am incredibly surprised to realize those resets have allowed me to train in ways I was not able in the past.  I'm seeing marked improvement in the knee in the weeks after treatment as a result of that additional training.

In how many sessions did you notice a change in your condition?
    * I had three total AMIT sessions over one week.  I noticed a change in mobility of the hip and stability in my feet/ankles after the first treatment.  It has taken approximately five weeks to see significant improvement in my knee.

Was there anything else that stood out to you about your treatment?
    * The most interesting benefits I received at Centered were ones I didn't realize I needed or lacked.  For example, in that same car accident, I broke the right mastoid bone resulting in complete nerve deafness in that ear.  During one of the sessions, Dr. Molly reset the mastoid muscle.  That night was the first time I was able to take a strong deep breath since the accident in 1984.
    * While I still have work to do & all my issues weren't fixed in a one week time frame, I feel like I have the start to a good foundation on which to build.

    Testimonial from Paula:
    Results…
My quad pain progressively got better with each session and by the 3rd session I was able to hike up and down the steep hill which took 20 min to go up and 30 min to go down. I only stopped once on the way up because of conditioning.  That was a huge success.  It also was a big test on my knee.  I gained confidence in my knee which I haven’t had years. I also haven’t had any headaches in 2 months!
A couple things I noticed and wasn’t excepting:
My arms fell asleep every night when I lay on either side after 5-10 min.  I after the very first treatment the symptoms disappeared and have not returned after 2 months and I no longer need a “special” pillow as I used to get neck pain if I didn’t. I also had some left hip pain which was compensating from my limping of the right knee. It was just that annoying discomfort that appeared off and on.  I noticed after week of being home that the pain was totally gone. The knee is a structural issue and has been going on for 50yrs. I am able to do things I haven’t been able to do for quite some time.  I’m gaining more confidence and stability every day!

Book Review: Strength to Strength PART 3 by Arthur C. Brooks | Finding Success, Happiness and Deep Purpose in the Second Half of Life | Episode 68

In this episode the gals discuss the final 3 chapters of the book Strength to Strength by Arthur C. Brooks.

    Read along with us: https://arthurbrooks.com/from-strength-to-strength

The roadmap for finding purpose, meaning, and success as we age, from bestselling author, Harvard professor, and The Atlantic’s happiness columnist Arthur Brooks.

Many of us assume that the more successful we are, the less susceptible we become to the sense of professional and social irrelevance that often accompanies aging. But the truth is, the greater our achievements and our attachment to them, the more we notice our decline, and the more painful it is when it occurs.

What can we do, starting now, to make our older years a time of happiness, purpose, and yes, success?

At the height of his career at the age of 50, Arthur Brooks embarked on a seven-year journey to discover how to transform his future from one of disappointment over waning abilities into an opportunity for progress. From Strength to Strength is the result, a practical roadmap for the rest of your life.

Drawing on social science, philosophy, biography, theology, and eastern wisdom, as well as dozens of interviews with everyday men and women, Brooks shows us that true life success is well within our reach. By refocusing on certain priorities and habits that anyone can learn, such as deep wisdom, detachment from empty rewards, connection and service to others, and spiritual progress, we can set ourselves up for increased happiness.

Read this book and you, too, can go from strength to strength.
