With a recent experience from an old "friend" and a fellow retailer, I realized that people make up stories in their own consciousness that they really believe that are filled with animosity and resentment. Unfortunately, when people do this they are really hurting themselves more than they are hurting the energy of the person who makes them so vehemently angry. I am so grateful for this experience with this "colleague" because it made me step into the practice of Ho'oponpono.
