Excellent legal podcast

Production is quite good. Form factor is concise and interesting. Ken does a great job of explaining complex legal issues in terms anyone can understand.

I cannot say enough good things.

In a time when we frequently only hear "free speech" invoked as a defense of ghoulish political figures like Ben Shapiro and Milo Yiannopoulos, Make No Law is a breath of fresh air. Ken White's stories of famous first amendment cases bring a much-needed nuance to the discussion of speech and its restrictions that everbody should hear.

Even if you don't care about the law, it's still worth a listen. The narrative is so gripping, I frequently find myself on the edge of my seat, waiting to find out what happens next. Some may find the sound effects cheesy, but I think they're fabulous and make the episodes even more compelling. I've listened to other podcasts on the same subject - "Trump Con Law" with Roman Mars and Elizabeth Joh for example - but Make No Law compares favourably to all of them.
