Good Topics. Refine Content

Honest 360 Review. 32 Finance Manager for 3 years. Face extreme opposition in early years, has not dissipated much as I look young. Overall, like the subject matter but please bring it back to real world examples. Think of the medium, audio content, examples provide ground in context for possible drifters.

Adding Headcount...

sometimes those of us who are too "busy" but DONT complain are actually really productive, dedicated employees who are working 12 hour days (4 of those hours / unpaid) trying to keep a hold on an unmanageable workload that should be distributed among more people. "bottom lines" "productivity" - trying bringing some other words in like "challenging but manageable" "health and wellness" "balanced work/life" - dont lay too heavy a workload on too few employees - I feel like my vacation time will be spent in an in-patient mental health centre. Look at employees as people, not numbers.
