Quality nosedive

Terrible Sound quality now makes these talks unlistenable. Why the teachers don’t know to wear headphones I will never know. It’s amateurish and unprofessional.

And yet the price for these ‘retreats’ is high, with virtually no overhead - almost pure profit. From hundreds of people at a time.
