Before this, Lee held senior level Estimating Management & Estimating Positions with International Construction Contractors such as McConnell Dowell and John Holland. Growing up in Northern England, Lee has experienced working his way up through the industry from Site Supervision to running jobs Multi Million Dollar Jobs.

A former employer spotted Lee’s charismatic communication skills and dragged him into the front end of the business where he has been ever since, he is one of the few construction professionals that has made it on both Civil Infrastructure and Commercial Construction.
