Maggie Smith On Nighttime Rituals, Rewiring Our Thoughts & Managing Stress (EP325)
Joining me today for her second appearance on the show is author Maggie Smith. Maggie joined me back in November to discuss her book, You Could Make This Place Beautiful, which I'll be sure to include in the show notes. But today she's here to talk about her newest children's book, My Thoughts Have Wings.
She wrote this children's book in hopes that kids could rewire their thoughts and develop positive thinking habits at bedtime. So today we're going to discuss the inspiration behind her book, the importance of bedtime rituals and strategies for managing stress and negative thoughts. Maggie also shares from her positivity in daily life.

Really Very Crunchy with Emily Morrow (EP323)
I'm not the 'crunchiest' person but I aspire to add more of a 'crunchy' touch to my life so I was thrilled to speak with Emily Morrow, creator of the hilarious Instagram account, Really Very Crunchy. Emily has garnered over two billion views and over two million followers in two years with comedy sketches about the stereotypical “crunchy” moms. Her mission? To relieve pressure from being the perfect mom and bring lightheartedness to the serious issue of toxic products, and well, people. In today's conversation we discuss: simple swaps for a crunchier lifestyle, financial considerations, balancing crunchy choices with non-crunchy ones, navigating family relationships as crunchy moms, and more...

Beyond the Baby Years: Clearing the (Heavy) Clutter with Alissa Henry (EP322)
The set up of today’s conversation is slightly different than previous episodes. Alissa has been a previous guest on the podcast so we just jumped right into our topic: the struggle of infertility and the emotional process of letting go of baby items. In our conversation, Alissa discusses the mindset shift from holding onto hope to embracing gratitude for what she already has. She also emphasizes the importance of not feeling alone in this journey and encourages listeners to consider decluttering as a positive step forward. Many of you have reached out asking how to declutter those items you just can’t let go of - specifically baby items - and my hope is that this conversation provides some answers for you - even if your only takeaway is more confidently knowing that you aren’t alone.

The Joy of Missing Out with Tanya Dalton (REPLAY)
A lot of my current listeners may have missed this previous episode with guest, Tanya Dalton (and even if you did hear the original, it’s a great one to re-listen to as you discover the joy of missing out in your own life!) This episode is full of reminders for how we can gracefully say "no" (and to use it as a full sentence), quick tips to establish more JOMO in our day-to-day and more...
This week, I speak with author, Tanya Dalton. Tanya Dalton is a productivity expert, writer, speaker and founder of inkWELL Press Productivity Co, a company centered around productivity tools and training. Her first book, The Joy of Missing Out, will release October 1st. In her highly anticipated first book, Dalton inspires women to reject the pressure to do more, be more, and achieve more. She shows them how to focus on what's important to them and then helps them develop their own unique productivity systems. Today, we will speak to the themes in her book and discuss why it's so important for each of us to discover JOMO for ourselves!

Customer Reviews
Motivating, Inspiring and Helpful
This podcast has been incredibly motivating and inspiring. As a Mom of two, I was getting overwhelmed by all of the stuff in my home (my physical environment plays a huge role when it comes to my mental health), I enjoy a tidy and clean space, but I was running myself ragged trying to keep up with it all. I have decluttered an incredible amount of items from my home in the past few months while listening to this podcast (Ex: I went from 2 dressers and a closet full of clothes, accessories etc… and now only have clothes in my closet, no more dressers!). The amount of space I have gained in my home, head and heart for the things that matter is unbelievable; for this, I am grateful. I still have a lot more learning to do, but appreciate all of the information that the Minimalist Moms Podcast has provided to begin and continue my journey!
Mom to be
Loving this pod as I get ready to bring a little one into the world in January 2023! The registry episodes and the “must needs” vs. wants were SO helpful when every other blog post and resource has huge lists for new moms. Wanting to simplify this process as much as I can and this podcast definitely helps!
Good content but too many ads
I enjoy her interviews and advice but there are too may ads.
