Kelsi and Misbah talk about some of the weirdest approaches she's had at the gym. What should you NEVER EVER do? What has worked? What hasn't? And why? Amazing!

Hey Misbah,

I’ve been meaning to write a review for you for ages. I always seem to be listening to your podcast on the way to work or on the road trips that I’ve been on lately. So without further ado here is my review.

When I first came across The Airborne Mindshow it was actually as a result searching up podcasts that Dave Spitz was on. I tuned into podcast #.... that you did with him and was instantaneously hooked.

I’ve listened to numerous podcasts and I eventually end up losing interest in some of them however, I continuously keep coming back to yours. Your questions are always insightful, the way you blend everything together and share not only your story but the individuals stories that you are interviewing is not only fascinating but also incredibly insightful.

Thank you for taking your time to share, teach, and inspire myself and so many others with all of your content. As a fellow coach in this industry I’m always on the search for knowledge and new ways to view this world and each time I tune into the Airborne Mind Show that I will be provided with those things and so many more each time I listen to a new episode.

As for any guest recommendations: I’d say Nick Fowler, Max El-Hag, Dr. Quinn Henoch, Mike Burgener, Louie Simmons, Dave Spitz (would be awesome again to hear about his process with developing Wes Kitts and nfl players), CJ Martins Episode 14 was awesome- it’d be cool to hear him talk more on his programming philosophies, and one awesome person to geek out with about oly lifting and its application to sport would be Anna Swisher.

Honestly dude, your interviewing skills are next level so whoever you bring on will be great.

Keep killing it and again, thanks for all you do and bringing such valuable insights and knowledge to us all that are listening!
