Solid Info, No BS

Whoa. There is so much great information in this podcast without any of the fluffy, fad-driven BS that comes with a lot of wellness podcasts, blogs, etc. The guests are legit and I love the presentation. Definitely a must listen if you're looking for info on training, rehab, or diet.
