A solid meditation podcast

The host has a soothing voice. I like that the host uses storytelling to help us consider truths. A favourite episode is “this too will pass”.

These affirmations are perfect, there’s no weird inflections or vocal fry in her voice, it’s pleasant and soothing while also being direct. The content is also perfect, I’ve been listening to everything put out since 2011 and it’s helped me tremendously.
