Amber Hilberling Season

I had never heard of this case before this podcast and as a currently pregnant woman and mother of one, my heart breaks for Amber and her son. There is no doubt in my mind that Josh’s death was an accident and not deserved. It baffles me that Amber was sentenced to 25 years for something that was non-intentional, and no one could have known the result assuming the windows were up to proper standards.
My only question is, if the condo building admittedly used windows that were below standard for a high rise, have there been any lawsuits? Surely Josh’s family or Amber could have sued for this.

Wow. The story is heartbreaking. The detail and insight given by Dr. Phil is really interesting. When this story was in the news I asked the question that I think a lot of people asked “ why not just leave, divorce”? This podcast answered my question and so many more.
I may be hooked on Dr Phil’s podcasts now!
