Review

Sadly I can relate to almost all of these episodes in one way or another in my almost 45 years (I’m 64 years old) between two marriages and fallout of these relationships and the effect on my children.
These podcasts have helped me understand and start to heal from all these years of abuse. I do wonder if it’s too late but thank you for all your help Dr Ramani.

Helped Me Very Much

When I was in an abusive relationship, Dr. Ramani’s information and advice helped me to begin to recognize the gaslighting and coercive behaviours I was experiencing, she helped me to figure out that I needed to leave. I can’t thank her enough. It was so unbelievable to me at the time, what I was going through. I might still be with him if I hadn’t found her and begun to learn the vocabulary to understand what was happening to me.
