One of the greatest dangers of success is a "me-focused" life. When things are going your way it's easy to become self involved which can lead to being less connected, less empathetic and more likely to participate in self indulgence. Pastor Brian encourages us to instead feed our hearts with the Holy Spirit and establish an others-focused structure and use our resources and success to bless others.

Pastor Brian presented four dangers that can arise when we rely on our own strength during seasons of winning. Declaring praise in victory and recognizing God is working even throughout the small details are just a few of the ways he mentioned that can help keep us on a path to surviving success!

Jesus offers peace even when we feel stuck and trapped. The resurrection proves he has the power to bring that peace and joy and puts our problems into perspective.
