The founder and Managing Partner of Click Ventures, Carman Chan and with her Today is a technologist, investor & entrepreneur that is no other than  Nick Grossman from Union Square Ventures, New York City. Nick has had a very interesting career trajectory. He was the co-founder of a blog that became New York’s main source of discussion for transportation policy, news and advocacy.  He was also a ballboy at the US Open for 3 years.  Currently, his focus is mainly on blockchain and crypto. In this episode, Nick will discuss with us how blockchain today is similar to how the internet was in 1995. He also gives us insights into what he’s most excited about in this space, whether from the consumer side or from the business side. Despite his interest in this industry, Nick also believes that Blockchain is not needed for every business and talks about some examples of companies that didn’t really require the blockchain to achieve their goal.
