Rarely hear the ending!

Great instructions to prime the brain for sleep and creating habits. Soft relaxing voice telling well crafted, descriptive stories that make me happy and clam. I rarely hear the ending which is a great review for a sleep story. Thank you.

Haven’t slept this good in a long time

I have listened to every single episode and couldn’t fall asleep without this podcast. It has perfect stories and is spoken in such a soft, calming voice. It clears my mind right up so I can sleep peacefully at night.

I never hear the end!

You might have to dial up the suspense! I have been listening every night, sometimes twice a night (I’m waking to help my old dog and his old bladder) I haven’t been awake for the end of a story yet! WELL DONE! All the stress and anxiety of my mid life just drifts away. Your voice, the language you use, positivity. It’s brilliant.
