Refreshing

It’s so refreshing to listen to a podcast that is not an extended infomercial.
I’ve been off work recovering from an emergency surgery so I have a lot of time to listen to podcasts, looking for optimal ways to recover. WFPB evidence is everywhere I turn to.

Dr. Greger has been so influential in my journey to better health and a better life. I love how to the point he is. Everything just makes sense when he presents the facts and he does it in an easy digestible manor for everyone. Best of all he simplifies health which is not an easy thing this day in age.
