    An Interview with Kelly Cantley

    An Interview with Kelly Cantley

This week Jenna and Angela sit down with Kelly Cantley, who was the first Assistant Director (A.D.) and legendary leader of “Safety Meetings!” on “The Office” for 8 seasons. Angela shares how Kelly and her are the same size and that helped with costume decisions and more for Angela Martin, Jenna gets to nerd out with Kelly on scheduling and Kelly explains why episodes like “Prince Family Paper” were deceptively tricky episodes to make. This is a wonderful interview, especially for “Office” fans who love to know all the behind-the-scenes info. So be quick like a bunny and enjoy this ep!

    The Whale

    The Whale

This week we’re breaking down “The Whale.” Dunder Mifflin gets a lead that the phone book company is looking for a new paper distributor and Pam must help Dwight close this sale despite his inability to talk to female clients. Meanwhile, Angela and Oscar team up to find out if the Senator is cheating. Thanks to Angela’s deep dive of the phone book, our Mom Detectives go on a case to find out if 411 still exists. Later, Jenna deep dives into shoulder pads and a fan writes in to share all the places Jim could have taken that phone call. So enjoy this episode and maybe Pizza Fridays can come back.

    The Boat

    The Boat

This week we’re breaking down “The Boat”. Andy’s father has lost his family’s money and Andy must step up and sell the family boat. Meanwhile Jim, Pam and Nellie prank Dwight in an elaborate fakey radio interview. We hear audio clips from Andrew Santino who played the grumpy sailor on Andy’s boat. Angela shares some fun tongue twisters, Jenna talks about how a group of animals made filming on the boat difficult and the ladies have a conflab about Oscar’s file on Kevin. So don’t worry, Sandra Mick says this episode isn’t toxic. Unless it’s exposed to oxygen, then it’s very toxic.

For Sam

I love this podcast, I absolutely love it. I adore you ladies and your ability to keep things light when the world is SO heavy. I will really miss rewatching “The Office” with you two.

Your under the umbrella of Sirius XM but are you under their thumb? Sam is just a big apart of your rewatch podcast as either of you are. You talk about the behind the scenes constantly, and how you’re a small part of what made “The Office” so special. Doesn’t that include Sam, for ALLLLL of the work he’s done to make your podcast so special?

What if you changed the way things worked?

Remember when they wouldn’t pause filming for you to HAVE A HUMAN, but would pause for your male co-stars to do literally any GD gig that came their way? This is YOUR podcast. What kind of boss are you? Are you NBC? Are you Sirius XM? Or are you maybe an office lady mom detective who takes care of the people under their employ!

You have more power than you think. Sam deserves to pay his bills and have security if you do too from the content you’ve all created together.

Thank you for the laughs, the bi-representation, and all the stings you hilariously created to be used like once!
