The idea for this podcast was born during a discussion over a crowded and loud family supper, where we were heckled and ridiculed for it by those dearest to us—so naturally, we ran with it.
And look at us now!

PLAY: No purpose or productivity—WTF?!
With only one good leg each, the ladies are back for Season 2! Join them this week as they discuss a mysterious activity called PLAY. Nanci falls down and (shocker!) interrupts Jen within the first 60 seconds. Jen debates getting (yet another) certificate—if not a full medical degree. Next up for the ladies? Backgammon and modge podge...
-
JEALOUSY/ENVY: Not That We Would Know Anything About Either...
Jen and Nanci dish on the subtle differences between jealousy and envy and share their own experiences with each. Jen makes a confession. Nanci informs her colleagues that if she is throwing you under a bus—you'll know it. Five strategies to overcome envy.

MICROBIOMES: Talk Dirty To Me
The ladies talk gut health and microbiomes. Did you know science is showing that the bacteria in your tummy are the single most important factor for your physical and mental health? And that babies are born bacteria free. (and why this matters.) Learn so, so much in this episode. Be nice to your microbiome—help it, help you! Also, find out what Nanci loses this week!

Welcome: Jen Receives a Sign...
In this first episode of On the Same Page with Jen & Nanci, the ladies revisit a few of their elusive and crushed dreams, decide that this podcast season will be sub-titled, "Where dreams go to die, and maybe that's OK," and (eventually) even get around to introducing themselves.
Nanci gets lost (and found), and Jen tells Nanci what she thinks her problem is. -
Sophistication: Jen Eats Some (Rhubarb) Pie
Jen & Nanci work through a Julia Cameron exercise and take stock of whether there is still a chance they might attain some level of sophistication in this lifetime.
-
Exercise: Nanci Gets Real about Her Weight
Join the ladies this week as they dish about the trials and tribulations of losing weight, whether the dream of being a size 8 is worth losing sleep over (hint: no) and if exercising is actually co-related with weight loss.

Really love this show!!
When hearing these ladies chatting, I feel like I’m in the room with them. Sometimes I feel like jumping in with some personal contribution of my own, but I have to resist. Maybe some day I can be on the show? Or not, haha!
Funny, authentic, and real
I've tried to listen to podcasts before, but there weren't any that engaged me enough to keep coming back....until Jen and Nanci. They're honest, authentic, fun, funny, self-depricating, self-aware, and keep the conversation flowing in such an entertaining way that hooks me every time. I love WHAT they talk about, I love HOW they talk about it, and I download each new podcast within days of its release and listen to the entire thing. A rare find.
The REAL deal!
In an age where we crave authentic and genuine everything, Jen & Nanci deliver this (very) rare commodity. OtSP features compassionate, honourable, and relevant content.
