Listening from Ontario. Your podcast is interesting and fun, even for people who have never been to it heard of your gym. I especially like Taryn’s accent - always dropping the “g” in “ing” words. Fantastic work.

Such a rewarding Podcast! The concept of applying ‘One Percent Better’ to your everyday life whether it be in the gym, on the job or just dealing with any particular situation as you both pointed out, is such a rewarding method of giving oneself a sense of accomplishment - thanks for the great reminder!! Love that tag line! Appreciate you sharing such simple concepts that can be adapted to our everyday world by reminding us - all you really need to measure is One Percent Better! Love it!
